Depending on the customer’s consumption profile and eligibility, one of the Secure Workplace, Secure Workplace Plus, or Secure Workplace Premium packages will be offered under the campaign.

Campaign applications are valid until December 31, 2026.

The campaign is nationwide, and applications can be made from anywhere in Turkey.

To execute the insurance process within the scope of the campaign, sharing the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and field of activity is mandatory.

Campaign terms and package scopes may vary according to customer segments and eligibility criteria. Aydem Perakende reserves the right to amend the campaign conditions.

When can I start benefiting from the campaign?

Following your application, package allocation and the approval process are completed. Once the necessary contractual and approval steps are finalized, your insurance is initiated alongside your electricity supply service, and your certificate is delivered to you.

How long can the customer benefit from the campaign?

Customers can benefit from insurance and assistance services for 12 months from the policy start date, within the scope of their bilateral agreement.
